Hi everyone,
We wanted to share an important update regarding our appointment fees at PRP Health.
As a locally owned clinic, our priority has always been to take care of our community and the patients who trust us with their health and recovery. Over the years, we have worked hard to absorb rising operational costs so we could continue providing high quality care without increasing our fees. This was a conscious decision made to support our committed patients and wider local community.
Like many small healthcare businesses, the ongoing increase in costs associated with staffing, equipment, technology and day to day clinic operations now means a fee adjustment is necessary for us to continue delivering the level of care you expect and deserve.
From 1 March, our appointment fees will be updated. Please note that existing members and applicable discounts will continue to apply, however they will be applied to the updated fees.
As a thank you to our valued patients, and to support those currently working towards their recovery or performance goals, we are offering a limited opportunity to purchase appointment packages at our current prices until 1 March. These packages can be used for future appointments and are a great option for those planning ongoing care.
Our commitment to patient centered care, clinical excellence and supporting our local community remains unchanged. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside you on your health journey.
