Corey McDonald
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Corey McDonald is an ASCA Accredited Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 20 years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry. He has worked across both male and female athletes in individual and team sport environments, delivering physical performance programs, athletic preparation, and sport program management.

Corey’s experience spans IGS and TAS school sporting programs, junior and senior Premier Grade athletes, and representative teams. His background includes NPL Football, Premier Rugby League and Rugby Union, PSA Squash, and IGS Swimming and Water Polo squads.

With a strong interest in Long Term Athlete Development, conditioning preparation, and developing better fundamental movement patterns, Corey takes a holistic and balanced approach to training. He believes effective performance outcomes come from addressing the physical, physiological, and psychological aspects of exercise together.

Corey is passionate about creating training environments where athletes learn, achieve, and genuinely enjoy the process. He is committed to continual professional development, regularly engaging in workshops and research to ensure his coaching reflects current best practice and delivers meaningful, long term results.
