PRP Health Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 September 2025

Welcome to PRP Health. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect between our practitioners and patients.

1. Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is correct so we can reach you with updates or reminders.

2. Payments
  • Payment is due at the time of your consultation unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and approved third-party providers.

  • Some services may require prepayment for high-demand times or for patients with repeated cancellations.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. Prepaid services may be refunded only in circumstances deemed fair and reasonable by PRP Health management.

4. Third-Party & Funded Patients

Patients under WorkCover, DVA, NDIS, or insurance are responsible for ensuring their funding covers all appointments.
If a funding provider does not cover a missed appointment or cancellation fee, this cost becomes the responsibility of the patient.

5. Professional Conduct & Care

All PRP Health practitioners are accredited professionals and comply with industry codes of conduct and ethical guidelines.
While every effort is made to achieve the best outcomes, treatment results vary based on individual health, compliance, and response to therapy.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

PRP Health is committed to protecting your privacy and managing all information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We collect and store only information required for your treatment and clinic communication.

7. Liability Disclaimer

PRP Health will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from appointment changes, cancellations, or external system errors beyond our control.

8. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational or legal requirements.
All changes will be published on our website.
