Kaine Doblo
Exercise Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach
Kaine Doblo is an Exercise Scientist and Level 2 ASCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, driven by a deep passion for optimising human performance. He blends scientific precision with movement mastery, designing programs that are both evidence-based and powerfully effective.
Kaine’s coaching philosophy is rooted in a deep understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and psychology. Every session he delivers is a tailored, holistic experience, crafted to push through perceived barriers and spark lasting transformation.
After earning his degree in Exercise Science in 2022, Kaine has worked extensively across diverse populations, from elite athletes to individuals recovering from injury. His personal journey through sport spans AFL from age 8 to 25, as well as triathlons from sprints to half Ironman events - lived experiences that fuel his ability to translate complex data into approachable, results-driven strategies.
Kaine also served in the Australian Defence Force, giving him a firsthand understanding of service life and the unique physical and emotional demands it brings. This experience deepens his perspective on rehabilitation, particularly the transition from injury to discharge, and equips him to support others with empathy and insight.
Currently, Kaine is the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Coorparoo Kings QAFL team and Head of Performance for the Redlands Coast Eagles Netball Team. Whether nurturing performance or fostering long-term wellness, Kaine’s mission is unwavering: to empower, uplift and unlock every individual’s potential, one rep at a time.
