The traditional physiotherapy model of a weekly appointment unfortunately does not enable many people suffering an injury to fully rehabilitate and achieve their health goals.

It is well known that if training stops, an individual is likely to completely de-condition and not achieve their health and injury rehabilitation goals.

One of the best ways to stay motivated is to do so with a supportive group around you. It is well documented that people rehabilitating in a professional sporting facility get better outcomes because they have access to the best equipment and the right professional support that encourages and measures progress and performance.

Our programs offer an integrated model where a Physio and Strength and Conditioning Coach work together to support each individual in their rehabilitation journey. Programs are tailored to each person, taking into consideration their injury, athletic history, goals and advice from other sport and medical specialists. No more going home and not remembering what exercises your physio gave you…

Sport Exercise

Who are these programs ideal for?

  • Anyone who has had surgery to their knee, hip, ankle, shoulder, back or severe injury in the past 12 months.

  • Anyone looking for non-operative management of ACL ruptures. Programs are ideally started prior to surgery (otherwise known as prehabilitation.

  • Anyone who is committed to being their absolute best and prepared to put the effort in to reach their goals.

Who this program isn't for...

This program isn’t for everyone. Someone who is waiting for a magic wand to make them better or
just turning up to go through the motions will not cut it.

We want you to achieve your goals and will
be there to support and challenge you along the way. Whilst the program is fun and supportive, it still requires work and dedication.
