Adam Russell
Principal Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, Director
Adam Russell is a Titled APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in elite sports. He has served as Head Physiotherapist for both the Gold Coast Titans and the Gold Coast Suns, and held roles with the Brisbane Lions, Brisbane Roar W-League team and Queensland Reds Academy.
In addition to his work in high-performance environments, Adam has practiced across leading private clinics in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Illawarra. He integrates his qualifications in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science with his Strength and Conditioning Coach certification to deliver rehabilitation programs that accelerate recovery and restore optimal function.
Adam is also a passionate educator. He has lectured and supervised both undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sports Science and presented to numerous sporting organisations and professional bodies on advanced taping, injury management and athletic rehabilitation.
His clinical interests include treating hip and groin conditions, lower limb tendon injuries and post-operative rehabilitation of the knee, ankle, hip and shoulder.
