PRP Health is looking for a motivated Physiotherapist with their sights set on elite sport.
Founded by Adam Russell, a Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience includinghaving Head Physio roles in the AFL and NRL, this role is designed to bridge the gap between private
practice and professional sporting teams.

PRP Health is expanding, and we are looking for passionate Physiotherapists to join our dynamic team. About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our Victoria Point team, with additional hours available to work with Sunnybank Rugby. The role starts at 25 hours a week in-clinic. As your experience develops, this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, post op, sports injuries, DVA and WorkCover

Delivering youth athletic development programs and injury rehabilitation pathways such as ACL, hip, and knee

Participating in our elite eight-week onboarding and ongoing professional development program

Creating short form educational content for clients and social media

Collaborating across our clinic systems and contributing to a fun high performing team culture
What You Bring
AHPRA registration
1+ years of experience preferred although new graduate's welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning, teamwork, and delivering exceptional care
Interest or experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
A growth mindset and a desire for continual improvement

• 1-on-1 Weekly Coaching: One hour of direct, paid clinical coaching with Adam Russell (Titled
Sports Physio, former Head Physio AFL/NRL) every single week covering difficult cases and
joint-specific deep dives.
• The Go-To Physio System: Full access to the Go-To Physio online mentorship and their
proven, structured 90-day onboarding curriculum.
• Elite Tech Integration: Hands-on training with Hawkins Dynamics Force Plates, Output
Sports, and BFR technology.
• Sports Transition: Learn the specific clinical reasoning and ‘soft skills’ required to move from
private practice into a full-time professional sporting environment.
